Client Services
Donna joined the firm in 2009 as a technical liaison. In her current role, Donna serves as a point of contact for clients. She guides new clients through the on-boarding process and manages service requests and ongoing account maintenance for existing clients.
She is committed to delivering a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and care in every interaction. In addition to her client service responsibilities, Donna serves as the firm’s SEC Compliance Coordinator, helping ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Outside the office, Donna enjoys gourmet cooking, vegetable gardening, and researching her family genealogy. She is an avid supporter of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide. Above all, she treasures spending time with her cats.
